1. General

1. By booking an appointment with Small World Photography you are subject to these full terms and conditions.

2. Small World Photography reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions at any time.

3. Your data may be used by Small World Photography to advise you of your booking, image progress, products, services and special promotions* (*if you have opted for this service). We may contact you by post, SMS text, telephone or email depending on your contact preferences.

4. Copyright of all images remains the property of Small World Photography. You will be provided with copies of your digital images that will be ‘Social Media’ ready, which you are permitted to use on social media platforms. Reproduction without expressed permission of images by any means is strictly prohibited.  You are not permitted to copy or modify images or digital files.

5. Model Release. In order to secure future work, Small World Photography has the right to use any images created from the session to be used in displays, exhibition, advertising and competitions.

 

​2. Bookings

1. All appointments require a non refundable £25 deposit.  This will be credited to your order. 

2. If you fail to turn up for an appointment we reserve the right to retain all monies paid.

3. If you need to reschedule your appointment due to sickness please do so as soon as possible by contacting Small World Photography. Small World Photography reserves the right to refuse requests to reschedule if multiple requests have been made, and retain all monies paid. 

 

3.  Sessions

1. Small World Photograph may conduct sessions outdoors, at client homes or at a home studio and will select equipment necessary to carry out that session.  Although measures will be taken to secure equipment as best as possible, due to the nature of photography sessions equipment, backdrops, reflectors and stands etc. will be set up so that they can easily be moved throughout the session. All persons (other than the photographer) in the studio will therefore be your responsibility.

2. Photographs may be captured using Flash or Strobe Lighting.  It is the responsibility of the client to bring any knowledge of health risks in using these before the session begins. 

 

4. Purchase of Voucher

1. Is valid for 6 months from the date purchase. 

2. Is non-transferable.

3. Cannot be used in conjunction with a second voucher or any other offer; not redeemable for cash or other goods.

4. May not be used to purchase images from other sessions.

5. Voucher will be posted 2nd class via Royal Mail (which may take up to 5 working days).  If you require fast delivery please email Small World Photography, we can arrange first class/ recorded delivery for a fee of £9.50.

6. If you would like to return your voucher, we will refund your payment if you return the voucher to Small World Photography within two weeks of purchase and providing no appointments have been booked (please contact Small World Photography for returns address).  

7. If you book your voucher photographic session and fail to turn up we reserve the right to retain all monies paid and cancel all voucher benefits.  If you need to reschedule your appointment please do so as soon as possible by contacting Small World Photography.  Small World Photography reserves the right to refuse requests to reschedule if multiple requests have been made, and retain all monies paid. 

 

5. Purchases - General

1. Due to the custom nature of our service all orders are non cancellable and the full balance amount is due in full.  

2. Editing work on your images will not begin until payment has been made in full.  Once completed, we immediately place your order with our suppliers therefore any changes will be subject to administration changes and additional costs levied to us by our suppliers.

3. All reasonable effort will be taken by Small World Photography to produce accurate colours and tones.  Monitors outside the control of Small World Photography (i.e your home computer, friend’s or family’s) may not have the same colour range or calibration. Small World Photography takes no responsibility for these differences when viewing or ordering your images therefore. If you have any concerns then you can contact Small World Photography to arrange a viewing. This may be subject to an additional fee of £30.

4. Small World Photography retains all artistic licence to edit images in line with their style and branding. 

5. Liability. We the all reasonable efforts to protect your images however, our liability for loss or damage of any image is accordingly limited to re-photographing.

6. Delivery. Whilst delivery dates will be adhered to as much as possible they do not constitute part of this contract.

7. All work must be collected from Small World Photography by the client, signed, inspected and approved before removal from the premises.

8. Force Majeure. Every effort will be made to fulfil all orders placed with Small World Photography but completion of them is subject to variation or cancellation owing to act of God, War, Strikes, Fire, Pandemics or any cause beyond our control.
